1.)   Google Docs is an easy-to-use online word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation editor that allows anyone to create, store, and share instantly and securely. One can create new documents from scratch or upload existing documents, spreadsheets and presentations. There’s no software to download, and all your work is stored safely online and can be accessed from any computer.

2.)   This free website is going to be the new revolution within all of the school systems in America. Microsoft Office is not all that cheap, and Google Docs can do all the basics that Microsoft can, but all completely free of cost! Google Docs’ sharing features would allow me and my students to decide who could see and edit our documents. It would also be a great way to publish announcements about upcoming assignments and monitor the students progress on different works they’ve created on Google Docs. An amazing feature of this program is that it automatically saves automatically after a period of time or after a certain amount information has been processed. Another great feature is the access to see students’ revisions history throughout the entire progress of their assignment. Overall, Google Docs would be a very beneficial product to be used in the classroom.
